Assist

Many Clients find that remote support is not enough for their needs as a business. It’s usually a cultural decision. For some, installing printers, moving PCs and checking server environments is something that they would prefer to outsource to their IT partner.

Whilst Eclipse does not employ traditional “first line” support engineers, we are able to offer out our experienced service desk or project engineers out to existing Eclipse customers at a vastly reduced rate to fulfill these low end requirements.

Depending on the requirement, we can sell out these “Assist” days at an extremely low daily rate. Whilst these engineers will not be available for project work at this rate, they are there to offer a regular presence onsite to deal with low end maintenance tasks.

To qualify for the “Assist” program, a current Eclipse Managed Service contract must be in place and a minimum volume of days must be purchased up front. These days will not, however, be invoiced through to the customer until they are used and will be billed monthly.
