There are many different service models for Managed Service Providers; from hosted monitoring services to fully outsourced plans. Eclipse Managed Services® from Eclipse adopts a flexible approach that will easily adapt to your business model. It will seamlessly integrate to your environment and existing secure infrastructures such as firewalls, gateways, antivirus applications, mail filters, private IP addressing schemes and proxy servers without reconfiguration of customer networks or dependency on external VPN solutions. It supports critical Application Servers and Network Hardware during, and outside, of business hours. Twenty-four hour proactive monitoring ensures that mission critical applications are monitored at all times and our engineers are available around the clock to respond to critical failures. Or if you wish your engineers to be alerted outside of ours, we can arrange that too.
Our NoC (Network Operation Centre) is operational from 08:00 Monday through to 12:00 Saturday afternoons. We are operational during most Bank Holidays, with the exceptional of Christmas Day and New Years Day.
We currently support many customers’ operations around the world and we open most days of the year to ensure that your International Offices are serviced from our UK Operations Centre when your business really needs it.
